Rules

By registering in EliteDemons you agree to the following terms of use:

1. Take care of your own Account:

1.1) All information related to your account(s) is property of EliteDemons.
We are NOT responsible for the security of your account name and password.
1.2) Never login your account(s) and password information to a non EliteDemons website.
1.3) Do not give away your login information. The moment you give away your login information or personal information you basically gave away all the items that you have, including the account itself. Infraction of this rule is done at your own risk.
1.4) We will not take responsibility nor provide you any support with whatever issues that may occur to your account.

2. Account Ownership:

2.1) All EliteDemons accounts, items, and any EliteDemons related property are owned by the server owner.
2.2) If you are found buying, selling, or trading accounts or items for real money, you will be permanently banned.

3. Refund Policy:

3.1) EliteDemons Administrator(s) and GM(s) will NOT be held responsible for any lost, disappeared, missing, or stolen items. We will never refund or return any lost items.
3.2) Any donations made to the server are non-refundable. Donations are separate from buying credits, and we only accept voluntary donations. Donations have their own credit rewards.

4. Bug Abuse & Hacking:

4.1) Hacking EliteDemons or abusing server bugs will result in a permanent ban of your IP address and HD ID.
4.2) No abusing ranking systems, such as creating fake guild wars.
4.3) No exploiting 'found gaming bugs', such as gaining excessive experience without reporting it to the administration. This will result in a banned account.
4.4) No exploiting 'found web bugs', such as abusing website features. This will result in a banned account.
4.5) Fair play is important to us, and creating fake guild castle sieges will result in the cancellation of your castle siege victory/registration.
4.6) Any types of scamming will result in a permanent ban. (Scamming includes buying and selling, trading, offtrade, etc.). All logs will be investigated.

5. Other non-accepted facts:

5.1) Advertising other gaming servers will result in a permanent ban.
5.2) Opening a chargeback for any payment will result in a ban unless the payment is resolved.
5.3) Respect the Admins/GMs: Challenging a staff's final decision will not be tolerated. Your account will be permanently banned.
5.4) Assisting any person or players in-game or on the forum who breaks the rules will also result in a permanent ban.
For example: Assisting someone who is selling items for real currency and gets caught or reported will lead to a permanent ban without warning.

6. Donators:

6.1) We thank you for donating to our server(s) and enhancing our server(s) for the better. However, there are rules to be followed. 6.2) Any donation made is non-refundable.
6.3) Donators have equal importance as any other player(s) who haven't donated.
6.4) Donators don't have more influence in their opinions than non-donators. Every player, including donators, should be treated equally.
6.4) Donators can be banned just like any other players if rules are broken.
6.5) If a donator gets banned, all items in their account(s) will be blocked along with the account. They will not be returned under any circumstances.
6.6) If a banned donator gives away their items, they will be tracked, deleted, and anyone involved will also receive a permanent ban.

7. Privacy Policy (Digital Products):

This is a FREE PLAY private server.
We do things differently than any other server(s).
If you despise the game, staff, or the game settings, feel free to leave.

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is submitted.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or using our products.
BY BUYING OUR PRODUCT FROM OUR WEBSITE, YOU AGREE THAT, BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD, WHICH ARE DIGITAL, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
IF YOU SUBMIT ANY PAYMENT, YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT DISPUTE, ASK FOR A PARTIAL REFUND, OR A FULL REFUND. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE ABOVE, DO NOT SUBMIT ANY PAYMENT.
